This Privacy Policy explains how MKTG, LLC dba Best Marketing (“Best Marketing,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through https://bestmarketing.co (the “Site”) and our communications.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and inquiry forms: name, email, phone number, business name, website, and any message you send.
- Booking a call: details you enter when scheduling through our booking calendar, such as name, email, phone, and meeting notes.
- Cookies and analytics: device, browser, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Advertising tags (such as Google or Meta pixels) may be used to measure and improve ad campaigns.
- Communications: records of emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and hold calls, provide and improve our services, send messages you have agreed to receive, measure Site and ad performance, keep the Site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. CRM and service providers
Form, booking, and messaging data is stored in our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) and may be processed by providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email, analytics, and scheduling vendors. They may use the data only to provide services to us.
4. SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Best Marketing about your inquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Client data
When we run websites, ads, CRM, or messaging for our clients, we handle their customers’ data on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions, as a service provider (processor). The client’s own privacy policy governs that data. Questions about it should go to the client.
6. Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in each email.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for an active client relationship, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
12. Governing law and contact
This policy is governed by Texas law, with venue in Nueces County, Texas.
