These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://bestmarketing.co (the “Site”), operated by MKTG, LLC dba Best Marketing (“Best Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about Best Marketing’s digital marketing services, including marketing strategy, brand and creative, web design, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO and content, paid media, and CRM and automation. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not a promise of specific results.
2. Client services
Marketing services are provided under a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship until an agreement is signed.
3. No guarantee of results
Rankings, traffic, leads, ad performance, and other marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, such as search engine and ad platform changes, competition, and market conditions. Any case studies, examples, or figures on the Site describe past work and do not guarantee future results.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it with automated requests;
- submit false information or impersonate another person through any form on the Site.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by Best Marketing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Client names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.

When you submit a form, book a call, or contact us, you agree that we may use the information you provide to respond to you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to text messages or emails, you can opt out at any time using the instructions in the message.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas.
